Food Network asked for boards to promote there new show Chef vs City. They already had a show package and logo to work with. They also already had this silhouetted blue city graphic; as seen in the last frame of the boards. I used that palette and idea to start with.

My idea was making the show hosts larger then life. I wanted to give a new graphic twist on the huge person reaking havok in the city scenario. In the show, there is alot of running and high action sequences. So on my boards, I would have them run and leap through a super stylized city, with various neon signs showing various types of restaurants. In some of these signs we would see video for the show with a jumbotron effect; Food Network requested a creative way to highlight show footage. We also see various closeups of the chefs limbs in action moves, as they picked up various large kitchen items. It ends with them having all their gear, running out of the city.
